The owner/ general manager already has been running the rental company since January 2004, and has since been very profitable and has developed and enhanced the image of his business already. He also has had experience within the realm of accounting, along with promotion/ advertising. Also, the owner has already established professional relationships with regular and potential clientele.

The owner’s strengths include his background and increasing knowledge of the Car Rental Industry, along with his educational background in the Accounts realm of business. Although still young, he has also shown strong leadership and entrepreneurship qualities, as he has already been able to establish his business on his own, but now in need of broadening his business by obtaining more vehicles to rent.

When pricing for the rental of the vehicles, Game On! Inc. factored in the actual size, capacity, class, appearance, luxuriousness and ability of each automobile, as well as the prices of the competitors. The establishment will be constructed in West End and will utilize the port of entry in West End to draw and attract customers. Also some vehicles will be parked along the road way to aid in visual advertisement due to the already busy traffic heading in and out of west end
